Brazil Reaches 9 Gigawatts of Wind Power Installed Capacity

Brazil has reached 9 gigawatts of wind energy installed capacity with the addition of 268 megawatts to the grid this year. In January, eight wind parks started operations in Brazil's northeast, the wind power association known as Abeeolica said in an e-mailed statement on Monday.
