I gave it a good test with a drill before I built it to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time, and it cranks up voltage very quickly, at around 600rpm I was getting over 50V and loaded it up to 6amps without too much resistance.
I am really between a rock and a hard place with my mills atm. I am renting and hope to be buying a place next year, so I am reluctant to spend too much mounting my mills, and even if I do it here I have to make the mount them with out damage/alterations to this house.

Looks good. Wonder what you will be able to get out of it. Will be good to see the comparison of the AirX type blades and something bigger. Have you tried a drill test under load on it?
